Built-up roofing earns its place where a roof takes punishment: service walkways, rooftop equipment, heavy rainfall pooling before it reaches an outlet. Multiple plies mean no single failure lets water through.
We survey the falls first. Most flat-roof leaks in Ghana are a drainage problem wearing a waterproofing disguise, and adding layers over a dead-flat deck only postpones the callout.
