Single Ply Roofing
A lightweight waterproof membrane for flat and low-slope decks, heat welded into one continuous surface with no joints to fail.
Single ply is the practical answer for concrete terraces, plant rooms and podium decks where a pitched roof is not an option. The sheets are welded rather than glued, so the seams are as strong as the membrane itself.
Because the system is light, it can usually be laid over an existing deck without strengthening the structure, and it reflects a large share of the sun's heat back off the building.
